The NCTCA is an annual convention that welcomes approximately 6200 teachers, administrators and delegates from many different school divisions who enjoy browsing our exhibits. This is one of the highlights of our teaching year and the exhibits are a key element of the convention. We hope you will be part of Convention 2022.
Exhibitor Pricing and Event Site Details
Rental Fees
- $150 virtual booth ($142.86 + GST). Your virtual booth will open once our website is activated and payment is received.
Once the payment is received, a confirmation will be e-mailed to you.
PLEASE BE ADVISED ONCE YOU HAVE RECEIVED CONFIRMATION YOU WILL HAVE 45 DAYS AFTER APPROVAL TO SUBMIT PAYMENT. IF NO PAYMENT IS RECEIVED YOUR RESERVATION WILL BE CANCELLED AND YOU WILL HAVE TO APPLY AGAIN.
No refunds for exhibitor booths will be given after January 15. A 25% cancellation fee will be withheld for cancellations made December 18 to January 15.

- A tile with your logo on our Sched Exhibits page
- Name of Organization
- Website link
- Ability to include a video link to a stream, channel or room (Youtube, Twitch, Vimeo and Zoom)
- An “About” section where you can insert links. Any convention specials you would like to offer can be organized by giving a promotion code in this area.
- Photo
- Exhibitor on SCHED can be linked to sessions related to their products
- Options to engage in Convention activities will be forthcoming
- Website will be open after February 11th (dates to be announced)

Convention hours of operation
- Thursday, February 10th: 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
- Friday, February 11th: 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

How can you attract attention to your virtual booth?
- Add a Live stream to your booth! Provide an opportunity for Attendees to communicate with you in a virtual setting. Communicate 'office hours' in your "About" section.
- Create contests or give away prizes.
- Use Conference twitter hashtags
- Post video links in your "About" section
How will NCTCA encourage Attendees to visit your booth?
- Moderators will encourage Attendees to visit Exhibits following each session
- NCTCA will hold contests/games that will include pushing traffic to each Exhibitor to complete their tasks.
